Very convenient if you're intending to walk to Flatford Mill where the Haywain was painted - it's a 45 minute walk alongside the river. "Room was clean, tidy, functional and had sufficient features. The balcony was a great addition. The view over the town was super. It overlooks the street so accept there will be town noise on a Friday./Saturday night. Does mean it is superbly situated for city exploits. Only negative was parking. It was a busy weekend and the assigned car-park had only once space."
