"Terrible rooms and customer service! My room smelled of urine, the pull out bed had brown pee stains. The hotel hair dryer had a cockroach in the bag. I brought it to the attention of the front desk person. Later that day I received a receipt for a refund BUT it wasn’t to my credit card! I have made several attempts to contact a manager and have left several messages. Being that this is a Marriott Hotel I would expect better customer service. I had another stay at this hotel planned in two week and I have cancelled that reservation. "

After that, I received a call from front desk with major confusion on when I was checking out. I think the lady working on the am of May 6th needs to work on her approach to customers."
