"Shuttle broke down, hotel helpful in finding uber. Room smell was awful. Like its been smoked in for years"

"I was met with not being able to check in at 7:00pm due to computer issues. Nothing was offered to reconcile the situation but wait. Didn’t get a room til after 9:00pm. I would have taken a free breakfast voucher or discount for troubles. Nothing was offered. "

"A far cry from what this hotel used to be when it was under Holiday Inn banner some years back! "

"The hotel was clean and in good condition. The bed was really comfortable. The lights in the room were too bright. I would have preferred lamps. They advertised an airport shuttle and it was broken. When I checked in, the person at desk said she would call me in about 20 minutes to let me know if it was running. I went out for dinner. I stopped at desk to check and that’s when she told me it wasn’t running. The breakfast was sub par. "

"I work out regularly so after a long drive I was looking forward to using the gym. The equipment was old. The treadmill didn’t work because it didn’t have the safety key so I went to the front desk and the lady was able to find it after calling someone and looking through 3 drawers. Also there were no weights. The breakfast was very basic. I m wouldn’t stay there again."
