"My reservation was for a “Deluxe Double Room, Balcony, Lake View.” We arrived late, and we were very surprised to wake up without a lake view. Why did we receive a different room? no one answered. I do not recommend it. "

"The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. Die meiste Zeit hat es gar nicht funktioniert. Das gleiche mit dem Fernseher. Auch der gerufene Techniker konnte weder das TV noch das Internet zum laufen bringen. Allgemein ist der ganze Service schlicht ausgedrückt eine Katastrophe. Sehr schade, denn eigentlich könnte es eine schöne Anlage sein. Aber so...
