"Pro: Nice large rooms with tall ceiling in a beautiful classical building, handy on-site parking, quiet area, there is a pool that we didn't use, in room fridge, modern smart TV, strong shower and good AC. Con: a bit far from the main malecon area but not an issue if you have a car. Overall, very nice place and quiet place, we went during the low season so the area was very quiet. Might have considered a different place closer to the main boardwalk area if they posted on booking websites, but overall, no issues with this place."
