They can't give us a new room because it was full at that time. They know from the start the AC was not working and we were not informed ahead of time. "Nice place, easy to find, very clean with complimentary tea! Stayed there with our family with three young kids and found it very nice and huge. Came there at night and been provided with very clear instructions of how to get the keys and how to get inside the hotel. "

"The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant was good. However there is nothing else around. We were on our way to La Rochelle and it was a good stop off point for one night. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Parking very easy and just of the autoroute"
