"House cleaning left dirty towels in the room for the entire stay we had to ask multiple times for new towels. Waves bar staff were incredibly rude however Marvin and the front desk said he would address these staff about the service we received."

"Beautiful ocean views and good sized room with good amenities. Spent time at the pool on the 13th floor with ocean and beach views. Bathroom clean and spacious. Beds were a bit stuffy and quite bouncy but comfortable. Parking isn't great, nothing on site but can get discount 100m away in beach Q-Park. Friendly staff and although we didn't eat there restaurant looked good."

"It was a really beautiful hotel, with lovely interior. The room was spacious enough for 2 people and the staff were so incredibly helpful. I called late at night (around 11pm) asking for an ironing board and staff informed me to call back in the morning but had already left it outside for me by the time morning came which I think was really thoughtful! Parking is also easy."

"The hotel rooms were simple but clean with a nice ocean view. The food wasn't great but ok, the towels were very thin. The staff was disinterested. There were 3 fire alarms while we were there in which we had to evacuate the rooms - all were false alarms thankfully, but evacuating in our pajamas wan't nice, and we were given no explanations. On a positive note, they do seem to be child-friendly."

"We didn’t get off to a good start as we were given a key to someone else’s room. Upon opening the door the room was full of someone else’s belongings. It’s not a nice feeling as it’s a real intrusion into someone’s privacy. "

"The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, as expected. However, our stay was heavily impacted by multiple issues and the lack of on-site support, which made things particularly stressful while traveling with a child. We ended up spending a lot of time communicating with NUMA support via WhatsApp. Although we received a 30% refund, we would not stay here again. The first issue occurred on arrival when the luggage storage system in the open area didn’t work, and support was unable to assist. The second was a failure of the heating system, making the room uncomfortably cold at night. Support could only arrange a check the next day, but the issue remained unresolved, and the portable heater provided was not sufficient. Finally, during rain, water leaked from the air ventilation system, dripping directly onto us, which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, while the room itself met expectations, the unresolved issues and lack of immediate support made this a frustrating and disappointing experience."
