"Coco beach bar food and staff were BANGINNNNN - best restauraunt on site. La patrona for breakfast also banging - dinner was highly meh. Replay nachos are BANGIN; pizza meh. Overall great bang for your buck, very clean, very chill and calm during the week and enough options."

"Loved the proximity to the beach and the golf course. They could use more staff at the Sea Breeze pool side bar, most of the time only one bartender on and its not enough for the amount of people needing drinks and food causing some long wait times."

"Very clean resort. Helpful, friendly staff especially Ari. Beautiful pools, beaches. Nice Waterpark. The mini fridge in rooms is too small and not stocked well. The idea of water bottles instead of plastic bottles is great in theory but we did not use them. The availability at the restaurants to get reservations was extremely difficult even when I tried right upon arrival. Overall, fun, relaxing, enjoyable vacation experience."

"This property is okay if you are not planning to explore the island. Staff is very helpful, especially Sharon. However, the property is over priced for what you get. Every evening it's the same menu. The alcoholic beverages are watered down with limited variety. We stayed for 3 nights this time and our backs are hurting, because of the mattresses. I have stay at this place several times since they opened over the years but I'm very disappointed with the new management. It's just not worth it anymore."

"Upon arrival, the staff was not welcoming or informative. They presented us with a map to look at without reviewing it. You kind of have to figure it out as you go to find restaurants. All of the restaurants require reservation for dinner. Only restaurant open for dinner without reservation is the buffet that is located at the Divi Hotel. When asking questions about how to obtain more pool towels or about transportation, we were answered with such attitude. At the Ginger restaurant, we were not even greeted by our server. He just asked what we would like, provided us our food and that’s it. One One of the most awful experiences I had with this all inclusive, when I compare it to my previous trips."

"The beach is stunning. The buildings are regal. You can see the water where ever you go. The islanders are very friendly nice people. Even the Airport is great, makes the US look silly. My wife and I have been on a lot of island trips but nothing was like this."

"I recently stayed at the Kontiki Beach Resort and overall I enjoyed my stay and would return, mainly because the location is excellent. Being right next to Mambo Beach was definitely the highlight — everything was convenient, lively, and beautiful. The room itself was nice and comfortable, but there were a few issues. The lighting in the room was very dim, and I also didn’t like that the shower had no door because the bathroom floor would get soaked after every shower. The staff experience was mixed. Some employees were fine, but the ladies working at the beach area had poor attitudes and came across as sarcastic when I simply asked where to get towels. Customer service could definitely be improved. Breakfast was okay — not the greatest selection or quality — but since it was included for free, I can’t complain too much. One thing that really bothered me was finding a huge roach inside an open bag of candy I had left on the counter in my room. That was definitely unpleasant and something the resort should address. Overall, despite a few negatives, I still enjoyed the resort because of the amazing location and nice atmosphere. With improvements in customer service, room design, and pest control, this place could easily be even better."
