Overall the hotel was nice. It’s potentially better suited for business travel rather than family as the rooms while lovely, are on a small side (and we stayed in the large one). Amenities are nice. Breakfast fairly basic - it has good variety.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, firstly thank you for their effort. Room was a bit small however at least clean and comfort. Most disappointing part was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and definitely not suitable for two people. Other than that everything was good.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It’s well located with tram and bus stops close by. It’s also a short walk to one of the city’s main shopping areas. The room was well appointed and clean with a comfortable bed to ensure a good night’s rest. Breakfast was good with a variety of options which made sure we were well set up for the day ahead.

The MUZE is an excellent place to stay. The hotel has a beautiful interior concept, the rooms have a very efficient AC and most important: the team is a great host and very service minded. From the MUZE you can walk to the KÖ. A perfect place to stay.

Great room and amenities, I spotted dirty sheets though and the breakfast was quite poor. We had little to no food for breakfast as the food were finishing and they were not replacing. Unfortunately a very bad experience reg breakfast.

The rooms and location were great. We were late checking in and the Concierge was very understanding and accommodated are request to have two rooms next to each other so the kids weren’t separated from us. The best part though was the bartender that made the best craft cocktails and even ordered a pizza for us. I would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed last weekend for 2 nights as a couple in a M-room. We really enjoyed our stay but not everything was perfect. The room: we stay in a lot of hotels (between 80-120 nights every year) so we have a lot to compare with. We consider the room to be 5* level, a very comfortable bed, nicely designed, lovely shower and Toto toilet and AC that works well (we find this very important). We had a room at the back so it was also very quiet. To be short: we absolutely loved the room! Unfortunately the coffee (2 nespresso cups when we arrived: one normal and 1 decaf.) wasn't refilled, also the 1 water bottle that was there on arrival wasn't replenished after the first night...? Hotel design: we loved it, we are a bit of design freaks ourselves so it was nice to see many beautiful features, lovely furniture, photos etc. Fascinating to see how everything was put together. Hotel location: perfect for tourists with the main shopping area, train station and Altstadt within easy reach. Tram stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast: Unfortunately this was a disappointment for us, what they offer is far too limited and was exactly the same 2 days in a row. We always look forward to our breakfasts when we are in Germany but this was the first time that our expectations weren't met. The hotel offers a table service continental breakfast but the quantity/variety of what was offered was extremely limited (tiny pieces of cheese and cold cuts, no egg dishes apart from a (cold) hard boiled egg)

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr eingeschränkt. Die Zimmer waren nicht pünktlich zum Check-inn fertig. Wir mussten auf ein Zimmer 60 min warten und auf das zweite sogar 90 min. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie eigentlich nicht tragbar.

Wir haben einen M Room gebucht. Unser erstes Zimmer hatte deutliche Mängel: Die Klimaanlage war defekt (Meldung Wartung erforderlich). Ohne offenes Fenster war es unerträglich warm. Das Zimmer war leider zur Straße hin ziemlich laut. Der Schminkspiegel ist batteriebetrieben. Die Batterien waren leider leer. Die Lampe über dem Bett war defekt (hat geflackert). Der Fernseher war nicht mit dem Internet verbunden. Man konnte auch nicht in die Einstellungen. Daher war er für uns nicht nutzbar. Das Bad war sehr klein und verwinkelt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und konnte uns ein anderes Zimmer anbieten, jedoch mit 2 Einzelbetten statt einem Doppelbett. Hier war jedoch alles sehr in Ordnung: Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Das Fenster ging in den Innenhof (ruhiger). Der Schminkspiegel war auch hier leer. Die Rezeption gab uns Batterien, die wir selbst wechseln mussten. Die Beleuchtung im Spiegel funktionierte dann. Der Fernseher war mit dem Internet verbunden. Es war Android TV mit Chrome Cast installiert. Die Wiedergabe von YouTube, Twitch und Prime funktionierte ohne Probleme. Das Bad war in dem 2. Zimmer leicht größer und besser angeordnet. Wenn wir direkt das 2. Zimmer bekommen hätten, wären bestimmt 4 Sterne drin gewesen. Wenn man die Zimmer vor dem Bezug nicht richtig kontrolliert finde ich das nicht in Ordnung! Die Rezepte war grds. freundlich. Ich hätte mir jedoch gewünscht, dass ich nicht irgendwelche Batterien wechseln muss.
