"Room wasn't fully clean when we got there, dust in bathroom floor, hair in bathtub. Broken light fixture in room, dresser dinged up looked dingy, clock on wall with no hands. Housekeeper doesn't come clean unless requested? After request still did minimum. Had to take towels to front desk everytime ..."
