"No hot water for shower. The hotel cleaniness was just disgusting. Moulds rusts and algae everywhere. 3 days had to take shower elsewhere as no hot water. I paid extra to get a luxury room and I got really bad horrible disgusting rooms. The hotel is a third grade hotel in every possible way. The staff however were very polite and appologetic but could'nt do anything for us. So we had the worst hotel experience from hotels .com after paying extra for a luxury room. I am more angry with hotels...
