Great as always

Our best stay in South Africa by far. We stayed for 6 days. So sad to leave. Sandy looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. Our spacious room opened onto a terrace overlooking a beautiful pool and garden area. A great breakfast. Staff were excellent always smiling, in a great leafy quiet residential area and only a 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants. We will be back when we return to South Africa

What a stunning place with a fabulous view. The breakfast was delicious and enjoying it in that location was special. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

We know Durban well, have stayed here before and will do so again. We give top ratings in every department but outsiders should know that you must have a car because it is in a residential area with no shops or restaurants close by. The owners are on site and super friendly and energetic. Breakfast is great.

Everything you could want from a beachfront guest house. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms comfortable and views great. Very convenient for overnight stays as close to airport

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Forest Manor. The house is impeccable, beautifully designed and decorated and very spacious and comfortable. We had the family suite which is perfect for a family of four. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff are super-friendly and accommodating and breakfast provided a good selection of tasty food, hot & cold. The location is ideal, 15 mins from the airport, 15 mins from the centre of Durban, 5 mins from Gateway Mall and the beach. It's a fantastic...

The accommodation is very smart, comfortable clean and safe. The location is perfect for shops, restaurants and amenities- literally a 3 minute walk. The beach and famous light house are 7 minutes walk and the area is safe and well patrolled. The hosts Bob and Sally could not be more helpful and friendly - even lent me his golf clubs but they didn’t work.
