Found out at check in that elevator was not working. I was not informed about this until check in. I thought maybe it had just went down, but after talking to employees i found out its been down for weeks. It wasn't bad for me, i was only on the 2nd floor. However, i feel i should've been informed at booking

DEMAND HOT CHOCOLATE IN ROOMS AND WELCOME AREA. After power was properly, completely restored, it was very comfortable, good breakfast, great place to rest our heads before our next stop. The front desk clerk was professional and calm under the pressure of power issues during CNO Pow Wow Weekend.
