"We had to unexpectedly book a room due to delayed flights and A/C out at our house. Emilio was very pleasant at check-in. The room assigned to us had NOT been cleaned. Trash in both trash cans, filthy tabletop of crumbs and countertops that had spills that had not been wiped down. Mess in the bathroom ..."
