The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They all made sure we were satisfied with our stay- from the front desk to housekeeping. The rooms were very clean,spacious and up to date. We will definitely recommend this property to others and stay here when we return.

Overall, our family had a great experience. The hotel staff were very pleasant and were able to accommodate an earlier checkin when requested. The hotel is 5-10 minutes from Rainbow Springs State Park, which was the reason for our visit. We stayed for a total of 3 nights and 4 days without issue. Our only complaint would have to be the sleeping arrangements. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the AC unit had difficulty managing our preferred temperature setting. It made the room feel humid.

Mediocre and not a good value.
We have stayed here ( conveniently located) 1-2 x a year for several years. Each year, the place gets older, but the prices go up. It does seem fairly clean, but older and kept up bare minimum. The water gets to lukewarm, at best. The carpet is old and should have been replaced years ago. Feels dirty. They did not replace my tiny shampoo bottles in the second day. The walls are paper thin, so any activity down the hall was loud. The breakfast was also a little below par. I believe this will be our last stay here. For the price, it was not worth the higher rates. I understand that things are going up, but we travel quite a bit, and in comparison…..not a good value, which is all we really expected.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Safe and quiet location that was conveniently located as well. Breakfast and pool were average; nothing special. Negative was the elevator wasn't working in the morning. Not bad for us since we had minimal bags but quiet an inconvenience for some other customers.

We were in the area to bike the withlacoochee trail. The location of this hotel was perfect. Wonderful checkin and typical breakfast in the morning but everything was hot. Hotel walls a bit thin so you can hear people in the hallways.

The hot breakfast was better than most. Our room was clean and organized. Bedding and extra pillows made sleeping there great. Surprisingly, the AC in the room was perfect. I loved that I could control the thermoset. This location is prime as it is close to major shops. Definitely coming back to this hotel the next trip I take up there.

It was awful; being asked to rate reminded me I did not stay and I was not refunded. I tried getting a refund but then the front desk man stated the phones wouldn’t work so he couldn’t authorize the refund. Horrible and rude.
