"The staffs are extremely courteous and warm welcoming. The room is spacious and nice. Cleanliness is good. Amenities are ok. Breakfast have to walk to another hotel to get it as their kitchen is down for further notice. It’s optional to have them daily as it’s most suitable for local spread. We only have it for day 1 and we went to source for different breakfast places. Very good location near a few night markets and those want to get famous local bakery back to own country. Overall very nice experience with them and the room we stayed for 4 nights. "

"Located in an extremely convenient area, close to many great restaurants and extremely walkable to places of interest. Service is impeccable. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful during our weeklong stay here. Daily housekeeping was also completed to high standards while we were away. The daily breakfast was good, variety was slightly small and most of the main dishes were repeated daily like the porridge, buns, fruits, cereals and bakery items. No complaints there though. FYI, the rooms are huge. Overall this was a good place to stay and I’d highly recommend choosing this location when visiting Taichung."

"This hotel was incredibly convenient (it's literally right next to a bus stop and a 7-11). I was also incredibly impressed with how big the hotel room was and how beautiful the interior of the lobby and hotel room was. The bathtub was exquisite and the amenities were super awesome. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Taichung!!"

Spacious and Clean

"The rooms are spacious and clean. Love the bathroom most! It's big, clean and offers integrated hygiene air exchange system, toilet seat warmer etc. However, the hotel may want to consider offering paid early check-in option and a safer luggage storage area. Wanted to pay for early check-in at noon but was not allowed. Was told to leave our luggage at the back staircase area with no security or recording by the staff. Anyone can just open and take the luggage."

"On the site, it says they don’t have parking. However, it was not entirely right. It seems like they do but in the first come first serve situation. I almost didn‘t choose them because of it because I was visiting a friend and I wasn’t sure where i can park. Luckily my friend‘s house is near by and we parked there instead. I just thought if the site can mark a bit clearer, I wouldn’t hesitate to book the hotel. Overall, I had fun staying with them. The room is very similar as the one I stayed in Frankfurt. I guess it‘s the vibes this brand is trying to create. It’s nice and hip. The lobby is also good for friends gathering. "
