"When we arrived on Saturday,Dunedin was cold,went to our room, that was cold. Put heater on, wasn't really doing the job. Phoned Reception and asked for another heater,much better. We paid for full Breakfast, bacon over cooked, poached eggs cold and mushrooms cold, very disappointing."
