This is a great place to stay with a pub close by owned by the same family. The lodges are beautifully designed and well furnished. The main bedroom is very spacious with a generously sized bed; the bed settee was also used during our stay and made for a very comfortable night’s sleep. Really clean, modern room, comfortable beds and decent shower. Plenty of storage for a couple of nights. Lady on reception was really friendly and helpful. This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The building itself is stunning and the furniture fits in incredibly well and helps keep the hotels character authentic. The level of cleanliness was outstanding and you can tell the owners and staff take a genuine pride in making sure the hotel is kept to an exceptional standard. It was a beautiful setting with the lovely gardens and views around. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Swimming pool and facilities were great. Only down side nothing much locally had to drive to Newry or Dundalk but not really a problem. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Good overnight stay on way to airport. Hotel is very pleasant and newly refurbished. Staff wee all nice and couldn't have treated us better. Good parking and quiet. Had a really nice meal in the bistro.

Lovely property, clean, comfortable, staff were really friendly and helpful especially Sue on reception, she gave us a lovely warm welcome on arrival. Breakfast was gorgeous. We would highly recommend this property and it is within easy access to Drogheda.
