"Picked this hotel purely for its location directly opposite the Eurostar terminal, but now will always stay here when visiting Brussels. The staff were lovely and really helpful, and while the area doesn't offer much in the way of amenities, the station has shops and cafes - and youre just one stop away (about €2.50) from the heart of this truly amazing city. There is a hotel bar - and a cool, local bar SAS, next door."
"Our superior family room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable pull out and main bed. Only complaint about the room was there was no conditioner and the shampoo was terrible. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. So many choices!! Overall a great stay. "
"
I would never stay at a property managed by this company again. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. My room wasn’t ready at check-in time, and no one seemed to care. When I finally entered the room, it was dirty, with a lot of dust, and the pillows were old and completely flat. I went to the front desk to ask for extra pillows, but the staff member told me that was impossible. If something happens, there is no one you can talk to who is willing or able to help. There is no management available, and the staff lack basic problem-solving skills. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience."
