Bel hôtel mais ....

Ne choisissez pas les chambres côté route: Bruit et absence de climatisation... J’ai réservé dans cet hôtel la dernière chambre disponible, côté route. Si nous n’avons que des éloges à faire concernant le site pieds dans l’eau, la qualité du service et la disponibilité du personnel, nous avons subi le désagrément de l’emplacement de la chambre trop près de la route donc très bruyante. De plus l’absence de climatisation et de volet extérieur sur la baie vitrée (pour un hôtel 4**** sic !) nous obligeait à dormir fenêtre ouverte... Bref nous avons mal dormi et n’avons pas pu nous reposer comme nous le souhaitions. Dommage...

Parfait: il ne manque que le mini bar et l accueil de convivialité mais nous avons eu 2 bouteilles d’ eau tous les jours: vue géniale, restaurant magnifique et des sourires de certains employés : le spa est un peu gadget car peu accessible mais c est un detail

Put it like this - we left after the first night

Food: good but expensive. Room: shockingly small although very clean. The worst aspect of the room was that there was no A/C which we would have expected for the price of the room. The area was noisy (loud music which we were not sure whether it was coming from the hotel or elsewhere) and the hotel is on a main road so our sleep was disturbed if we kept the balcony door open. In the end we decided to close it to have some peace but we were sweltering. I tried to call reception to ask about the music but there was no reply. Indeed I did not see a receptionist for the duration of our stay. We were checked in by the sommelier (who was cleaning the floors when we arrived), ‘reception’ shuts down at around 9.30pm and I had to hunt around for someone when we decided to check out the following morning at around 10am. When asked whether I had been happy with my stay and I replied ‘no’, I was not asked any further questions.

A conseiller malgré tout

Nous sommes arrivés en demandant si le fait que ma femme soit intolérante au gluten , comme je l'avais précisé dans un mail la veille , avait été pris en compte. Il nous a été dit que oui, normalement, qu'on allez voir si... Nous n'avons jamais eu de confirmation , comme quoi tout était ok. Aussi nous avons pris nos 2 premiers petits déjeuners à l'extérieur. Ce manque de communication a été dommage car le dernier jour nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à l'hotel et tout était parfait. Autre petit reproche: pas de bouilloire dans la chambre pour se faire une boisson chaude. En dehors de cela le site , en bord de lac, est magnifique et je recommande cependant ce lieu à tout le monde.

Génial !

Super séjour en amoureux! La chambre bien qu'un peu étroite était propre confortable et avec une vue juste magnifique. Nous avons apprécier la présence de l'espace bien être avec jaccuzi et sauna. Le restaurant était top nous avons super bien mangé. La petit déjeuner était copieux et il y avait de tout ! Dommage que la serveuse du petit déjeuner, qui est aussi la personne qui fait les chambre, ne sois pas très agréable et peu souriante... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Small and cozy room. Good experience for couple. The property is quite big while the rooms are relatively small. The private outdoor sitting area and the walkway to the lake are special. The restaurant serves good quality food.

What a gem!

We had a warm welcome at check in. It's a beautiful boutique hotel. The view from our room is breathtaking. Top brand toiletries. It's clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is not included but for £16, it's ample. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would return if we come over this way again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Deux nuits dans un hôtel jouissant d'une vue merveilleuse sur le lac d'Annecy malheureusement gâché par une chambre par trop sommaire: pas de siège, salle de bains sans porte, porte des WC coulissante et fonctionnant mal. Par contre beauté d'un point de vue sans ég&l sur le lac avec accès direct et restaurant sympathique. Savoir que le dimanche il faut se lever tôt pour bénéficier d'un petit déjeuner au prix prohibitif de 16 euros et réduit dans le temps en raison d'un brunch à 40 euros.

Super hôtel vue lac

Beau séjour. Bel hôtel qui donne directement sur le lac. Merci pour le surclassement vue lac. Le point faible, c'est la salle d'eau sans porte. C'est une salle d'eau "à l'italienne" selon les directeurs de l'établissement, et c'est comme ça dans toutes les chambres. Le premier inconvénient, c'est l'intimité imposée. Le deuxième, c'est la lumière et le bruit lorsque l'on dort et sa fiancée se prépare. Après, c'est subjectif, mais nous n'avons pas apprécié.

Super sejour de 2 nuits

Super accueil, super emplacement avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, les pieds dans l'eau. Deco superbe, equipements de qualité. Petit dejeuner et restaurant tres bon. Parking, environnement en fait tout est bien. Nous y retournerons.
