"Great place great location!"

"Lovely old building with many period furnishings. So much to see, beautiful woodwork and scrolling. Even the curtains look like originals. The morning breakfast was served in a quaint set up in a dining room area with coffee, egg bake, fresh fruit and assorted pastries. I believe it was the owner who does all the work and served us breakfast. He was very friendly and informative. Very nice sitting room to relax and an open porch with seating. We had a nicely decorated room with a mini-fridge and an assortment of goodies to munch on. The only negative would be that we could not open the draperies or shades in our room. It was an easy walk to bars, eateries, boutique shopping and to the Fenelon Elevator. No problem getting an Uber when we wanted to go to the marina to go on the American Lady Riverboat. We can't wait to go back to Dubuque and will definitely stay there again."

"Check in and facilities were great. Huge arcade and the water park was a blast. Part of the water park was closed and there was obvious wear and tear, but good shape. Only room complaint would be TVs could use an upgrade so they can utilize streaming. "
