Not bad. My booking was messed up and I do not know if it was the hotel or Expedia's fault, but the hotel did give me a suite, but not the one I had booked. The suite was OK, but I thought, a bit dated. No toothbrush or hand soap provided in the bathroom, (only liquid soaps and conditioner from dispensers ). The TV had only Arab channels. The shower door leaked and the TV broke. Both were fixed amazingly fast by very nice staff, who were fast and effective). The shower door continued to leak over the bathroom floor all the time we were there. Breakfast was very good, with a buffet and with an option to order menu items, such as Eggs Benedict. The Club lounge and the food provided was just OK, though the Club staff were excellent. The location is within a 15 minute walk of the Dubai Marina, but about a 30 minute taxi ride to the Dubai Mall and a lot of the attractions downtown The most outstanding feature of this property were the staff and the service.
