Room was not ready at time of check in, i waited rill 3 Pm till it was ready and we recived it without being probably cleaned..floor was wet .. there was leaking of toilet water on the floor of bath room and was fixed one day ahead of our check out ...house cleaning we needed to request each time and they came very late.

Incredibly High Cockroach Infestation Very dirty hotel. Rooms are not well kept. The level of cockroach infestation is insane. I didn’t know that such dirty and unhealthy hotel can charge the kind of money they are charging. See pictures that I have attached to this review. I have never seen this number of roaches anywhere. The TVs don’t work. I changed rooms three times. First room was very smelly. The smell was horrible. And roaches everywhere. They put me in a different room. Still smelly and lots of roaches but the tvs were not working. Next day they put me in a third room. Less odor but the roaches horrible. Spent lot of money to buy roach treatment items and air freshener. It reduced the roaches but still too many. Tv in the room was working but remote didn’t work with it. Tv in the living room wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it. Everything is so old. Poorly managed hotel. Asked for iron to iron my clothes. One week, still no iron. Please avoid this place as much as you can. There are much better places nearby at same price or better. On a positive note, reception staff really great. The bell boy was awesome. Location is very good as well. Very close to the mall.

They have nice staff Nd I loved my suite but their problem is they respond fo requests for items very late , I needed cooking items simple one or two items they will bring one and not the other and they have a problem with towels it took them a day or two to bring towels ,

The only good thing is the location, anything else you expected to find from hotels is just disappointing. Dirty bedsheets, dirty bathroom, no towels unless you ask, kitchen tools lack of essentials unless you ask. air ventilation is very poor with a locked window. The tv needs to be fixed.

Apart from the spacious room I did not like anything else about the room. The floor was super dirty and the kettle in the kitchen was rusty and dirty. Sadly I had to buy my own kettle to boil water for my 2yo. No one came to clear our trash on daily basis, we had to do it. No towels were replaced for our 1week of stay there. Customer service was bad. From getting towels to get things fix my husband had to call and go down to the lobby several times before our request are met.

Photos of property are 20 years out of date. Place is run down poor managed and in ill repair. Had to be moved to another room because of what appeared to be blood stains on lampshade amongst a filthy apartment. The room we were moved to wasn’t much better. TVs don’t work. Kitchen & balcony never been cleaned. The management do not care about their customers or their reputation . They are several grown babies in suits manning reception pretending to work. When asked to come and see the state of the rooms in person they disappeared from the business altogether. We later asked reception to send someone to fix the faulty bath tub drain plug that wouldn’t drain water, they never even sent someone after asking twice. I couldn’t get as much work done as I wanted and my wife was really disappointed and stressed out. I would not bring my family here. I have only scratched the surface of what is wrong with this ‘hotel’ but haven’t got time. Do not stay here. They are a joke and Expedia should not be listing a property with 20 year photos (as admitted by one of the workers in the hotel).

I arrived with my son around 4 pm and requested towels only to be told there were no towels until the next day at 8.00 am. I had to be at the airport at 6.00 am. They made no effort to find a solution. the customer service was poor. In the morning, I requested a cab, only to be told that I must pay cash. That shocked me. Luckily for me, a regular taxi passed and I hailed it. I wouldn't stay there again.

Generally it is a depressed place. Rooms are so big and good for families. Smells, dirty, old furniture, dirty sofa, dirty bed, dirty bedsheet, no towel, dirty bath tap Full of dust, outdated Tv, funny remote controls with no battery. Good & small pool available Don't go there evenif it is free. Hotels.com, you must ask the properties to submit as much as photos of their properties from different angle and must be shown online for your customers sothat they can choose the hotel.

The TV was not working and during checkout, the workers were miss-using my elderly parents because they don’t speak the language and told them to get out of the room early, even though I agreed to a late checkout which I paid for. They would give receipt for proof and the were rushing us out of the property. Toilet condition was questionable as the flush was not working and the toilet was leaking water. They also made us move rooms with similar issues that we had to the previous room, which just stressed us out. They also kept knocking at our door and entering the room, we are also Muslim with females in the room and I would have thought they would have understood our principles. And this new room still didn’t have a functioning TVs. There was a total of 3 TVs which didn’t not work, so I assume they are a decorative piece.

First room offered was in terrible shape with water leaking in washroom, hairs under the blanket, very poor cleanliness. They offered a second room which as soon as their staff member opened, he himself backed off due to very bad sewerage smell. Third room was just under the second room and had the same pungent smell. Finally after a long wait, and through Expedia supports help, they showed a room which was just vacant and needed cleaning etc. After waiting for a while and as per them the room being deep cleaned. I found roaches in the room, insects flying around. Bed was making all sort of noises. Cleaning staff doesn't seem to be trained enough for cleaning at all. Only 1 towel was provided even after repeatedly asking for hand towel and bath towel. Next day the house keeping knocked and only emptied the trash can. I asked for house keeping but was told they only clean 2 days a week. The list goes on. But what a nightmare that was. Never ever would recommend this property.

After sitting on the counch got bitten, upon closer inspection found bed bugs investation all round the couch. Informed the management and first response was we will clean it. If you ever experienced bed bugs it is not something you easilly get rid of. Went through all clothes and items which touched the couch and already found 4 bed bugs transferred and hiding - took them out and washed all items... it only takes one you bring back home to start an infestation. Overall cleanliness was very poor like sticky floors - Transferred to another room and furniture design does not allow for proper cleaning... so no not my type of hotel

I love the location and view. Some of the amenities were not good in the room itself like a water leak in the bathroom and the thermostat was not working properly. The room itself was spacious and very livable.
