Amazing experience. Was given the Penthouse with a 24 hour Butler on standby. Hotel was phenomenal with wonderful amenities. Restaurants were high end with out of this world food. Rooms were large with all toiletries provided Atmosphere in hotel was electric.

Our stay at Atlantis The Royal with my daughter was absolutely amazing! ✨ Everything was beautiful—it’s truly the most beautiful resort I’ve ever experienced. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the food was delicious, and every restaurant we tried was wonderful. We also loved the water park, which was included with our stay. We had such a memorable time and will definitely be coming back! ❤️

Wow! What an incredible experience. From arrival to departure, Atlantis The Royal lived up to its reputation as a world class hotel. The room was spacious with added amenities and a spectacular view of the Palm from the balcony. The pools were clean and had sun care products available around the vicinity. Breakfast at Gastronomy was overwhelming with options and nothing was too much. It’s definitely worth it to upgrade to the club lounge as tea, evening happy hour and drinks are included.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! Check-in was incredibly smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade what a way to start the trip. The property itself is jaw-droppingly beautiful; every corner is a masterpiece. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible service. The cleaning crew went above and beyond when I mentioned I wanted cold water, they immediately brought a mini refrigerator to my room without me even having to ask twice. Such thoughtful attention to detail! Dining was equally spectacular we had an unforgettable dinner at Carbone and enjoyed a perfect beachfront meal at Nobu. Both were 10/10 culinary experiences. I can't recommend Atlantis the Royal enough. We are already planning our return!

The hotel itself is genuinely luxurious — elegant rooms, immaculate finishes, and facilities that are a real cut above. The spa, pool and fitness areas were excellent, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what you hope for at this level. The one thing that stopped this from being a perfect stay was the booking process. My reservation had somehow been cancelled in their system, and I only found out because I chased it up myself. Unfortunately I didn’t feel much willingness from the team to think along with me or take ownership of the problem — I had to keep pushing to get my booking reconfirmed. For a property of this standard, I’d expect the service to match the surroundings. The hardware is five-star; the guest support in this instance wasn’t. Worth staying for the facilities, but do double-check your reservation beforehand.
