The front desk staff and reception was very friendly and supportive especially Reema and her colleagues. They were especially distinctive from other hotel staff in their friendliness and support.

Good hotel in a quieter location of Dubai. 5 minutes walk to the metro and Mall of the Emirates. Also dining good options in the area. Stayed here at least four times now.

Nice hotel. Nice people. All they need is clean the parking lot. Very dirty. To much dust need to wash it so we feel clean. Security gives parking attendant hard time. Forgot his name. Not friendly at all.

Quiet location, very good for the price, not breaking the bank. Clean room, super nice staff, good food, easy access to everything. But they took too long for check-in. Downside is not allowing to check-in early.

The location is perfect. It is close to all shops and restaurants. Easy access to public transport and taxis. I have booked two rooms. One of the room was for my family who has arrived earlier. I have arranged with hotel to do the paperwork when I arrive and let my family to check in prior to my arrival. It was all accepted.

The hotel is about 850 meters to the metro. Close to supermarkets and a lot of dining options, hair salons. Taxis available around the hotel. Close to both Dubai Marina and Dubai Downtown.

The hotel itself is quite good and the facilities are nice to stay at. The nearest metro station mashreq is 10 mins away. What was a major let down was the staff- my room was not serviced and the staff couldn’t fix the issue and had no answer to why it was left in that state.

Comfortable beds, clean and spacious room for this standard. Beakfast has options. on-site free parking adnd location close to small restaurant of Mall of Enirates were a plus too.

Housing keeping was disappointing.. stayed due 5 nights they only cleaned 2 nights. The days they did clean, they left another rooms garbage on the side table next to the bed. The panel on the room was dislodged and an accident waiting to happen. Bath shower leaked all over the place. Out of the 5 nights I had cold bath 2 nights and a Luke warm bath 1 night. Breakfast was ok… overcrowded so timing was critical. Had dinner at the restaurant 1 night. The menu clearly said the meal came with rice and naan. Waiter insisted it was an error and I had to chose one only. Internet was ok but dropped signal. The room smelled like smoke, the smoking facility was right at the main entrance and you had to navigate through clouds of smoke to leave the hotel. At the end of the day it was a bed to sleep in, nothing more

I enjoyed my stay the rooms are a good size if you opt for the suite, well worth it. I can’t thank the staff more for making my stay as comfortable as possible and always fulfilling any requests. Fab Location for transport but not the most trendiest but it will get you anywhere in Dubai in no time

Fab Location access to everywhere within 15 mins by car. The hotel is of a high standard and generous sized rooms & suites and always maintained to a high level of clean. The staff were friendly and always helpful with any requests and couldn’t thank the concierge Tahir more.

I liked the price/quality ratio for the property. Also the cleaner on the first floor named Nabil was very friendly and pro active. The hotel had most ammenities but especially in terms of its ammenities can improve. The breakfast quality of food could be improved and also in the common rooms such as the breakfast room the hotel should also ventilate more and enforce covid19 protocols such as mask wearing in the reception area. Reception and hotel management were also nice in clearing a mistake I made in my reservation but it took quite an effort and insisting on my part. The location of the hotel is ok within walking distance of the metro station.
