Family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very spacious and clean and had great views with a balcony of the marina. We paid a premium to stay in this location as it’s an easy walk to the stunning marina, tourist friendly and also the beach. The pool was fabulous with stunning views. They were upgrading the lifts which would be good when done. Luckily we were out of season so not busy. There’s a large construction site outside the entrance but it wasn’t being worked on. It had no impact on the views from the rooms. I expect it hard to find accommodation in Dubai without some new construction nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful 24/7.

Terrible and never again -
Everything that could go wrong went wrong. The doorman did not direct the traffic so we were stuck at the drop off point for more than 20minutes when a car several cars in front decided to stop right at the entrance. We booked 2 rooms. In both rooms, the air con control did not work so one room is too cold while the other is too warm. The water heater only had hot water for about one minute. The towels are old, thin and yellowish. The bedsheets are thin and some parts had holes. On the last day, the management left a note in our room to say that there would not be water from 2345 till 0545 the next morning. We were not told about it the day before and we returned to the hotel only at 2245 and almost ended with no water to clean up. The hotel could do better by informing the guests at least one day before.

Good location close to the Dubai Marina Mall but there’s a construction site opposite to it. There’s also not enough key card (only one card can be provided) and couldn’t give us the room after check-in time.

Stunning view of Marina, literally minutes walk away to the beach, shopping mall, restaurants. Very convenient and touristic area. Hotel staffs were friendly, special thanks to Mr Fahad for helping me with Amazon delivery and advice us regarding transportation. My wife and I already trying to book for our summer vacation in June through expedia, unfortunately it is not available. 😩

Pros - Excellent views of marina from some suites and balconies - Very polite and service oriented (many Indian) staff members, although they were slow on the uptake (e.g., didn’t immediately grasp what we wanted) and uncoordinated among themselves (I asked for a saucepan and one of them told me it was already delivered when in fact, it hadn’t been) Cons - Don’t give you more than 2 keys - Water pressure in the shower was variable - Kitchen was pathetically stocked—had to ask for every little thing, from saucepans and frying pans to paper napkins, scissors (which when finally delivered didn’t even work that well), and wine glasses - We would have liked 2 suites on the same floor (we were a large grp), but we were given “upgraded” suites on 2 different floors, which turned out to be a “curse in disguise” - Key suddenly stopped working - Shower was clogged up - Archaic systems: kitchen has “gas button” - Piddly balconies - Didn’t give us 2 apartments on the same floor even though they had them - Didn’t call back with info on laundry for 20 min, despite promising to do so - Didn’t return laundry the same day, despite promising to do so - At the bfast area, service is quite bad. They don’t proactively offer water. And when they do, they only offer it to the person asking for it, not to the whole group. - Chef isn’t there at the omelette station and needs to be sent for often. So, net nett, i wouldn't stay there again. Not sure why it is highly rated by other visitors

Stayed in a One bedroom apartment overlooking the Dubai Marina. Apartment was huge, living room spacious with a balcony overlooking the Marina and Sea, had a small Kitchen as well and the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Beds extremely comfortable and the Sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. 2.mins walking distance from the Waterfront which is a great place for a morning/evening Walk Dubai Marina Maill is a 5 min walk from the property and the closest metro station DMCC is a 15 min Walk from the property. Bathrooms were clean and toiletries provided were good. Only drawback i encountered was the lack of options for Vegetarians in the buffet Breakfast and dinner .
