We are delighted that you mentioned the service mindedness of our team as our associates are our most important asset. As for the breakfast, we are naturally disappointed that we fell short of meeting your expectation however the Residence Inn breakfast is very much a continental breakfast offered on complimentary basis to all our guests as opposed to a full buffet offering you may find at some of Marriott's luxury brands. Currently we are serving breakfast until 10am during the week and until 11am on weekends to allow for a thorough cleaning and sanitizing process between breakfast and lunch. We will certainly continue to monitor guest feedback on these timings to see if these need to be reviewed.
