Amazing accommodation. While I arrived and during check in , they upgraded me without any requirement from my side to superior room . The room was very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent.

Hotel was excellent. But neighborhood boring. Only office buildings. No stores, restaurants, or other places of interest. Ok for business persons I assume.

Disappointed with my experience here. We arrived at the hotel at 8am and were made to wait in the reception area for 4 hours with my two babies both under the age of 3. I called the hotel 3 weeks before and was told my room would be ready upon arrival regardless of the time. My kids needed milk and food warmed up regularly like 4-5 times a day this wasn’t difficult to get done and staff were difficult to deal with. Not a 5 star at all. My family and I visit Dubai every year and this was disappointing. Rooms are dusty, towels were dirty, often had to chase staff for things. Rooftop pool was ice cold, my kids were cold, construction outside the hotel so views are awful. I will not book here again. 3/4 star hotel

Very friendly staff - they offered early checkin and late checkout and took care of all our needs. Location - Business bay canal is not Dubai Marina canal, personal preference choices Bathroom shower was not covered properly and water fell out all over the floor every time after a shower. Huge inconvenience

Lovely stay in Dubai
We had a great stay! We were upgraded to a beautiful city & canal view room, which was incredible, especially after already traveling for a week prior to our arrival! The staff were all very kind and we felt very taken care of here.

It took me along time to pick a hotel in Dubai. I am so happy I decided to stay here with my boys. The staff were incredible from check-in. Everyone from the pool staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff and everyone at the front. The hotel is a 40AED taxi from the airport, a nice walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj, and only a 55AED taxi to Alantis on the Palm, The hotel offers a few shuttles there as well. The pool is warm and the views are amazing. The breakfast might be the best breakfast I’ve had at any restaurant ever. I’m on a 7 Country trip right now and this was the best of the best but nowhere near the most expensive. We will be back in Dubai and we will be back at Radisson Blu on the Canal. Thank you staff

Amazing Stay (care with my sons allergies)
We loved our stay at Radisson Blu Canal View Dubai. Get the bad points out of the way, our room was booked for 2 adults 3 kids. Arrived and the room was a tight fit, not made up to accommodate us (bed was a sofa & no place for an 3rd child until another bed was brought) and it was 2am arrival. Once made up was still very small. Needed a family room but was unaware at the time of booking (thought the booking would adjust to our needs - not allow us to book a smaller room). Good points & there is plenty! Firstly it’s a great location, close to the mail & Burj Khalifa (£4-6 in a taxi), easy from the airport (15mins, we took the hotel shuttle, which is a good option & price is worthwhile if a large group like our 7 in total), new hotel with view of the Burj Khalifa (our room was cleaned daily by Dev & his team, making towel characters for our kids), also good views from pool area, breakfast was great with lots of variety (our son has a peanut allergy and the staff were amazing throughout our stay making safe food, Daz at breakfast & Alice/Blessed/Shibin @Bai bar were so attentive & made us feel so safe), not far from the beach (20 mins £10-12 taxi). I would definitely stay again due to the high service and personal experience we had (maybe I’d just book the larger room to help our stay)! Thank you to the Radisson team for making our stay as peanut safe as possible and allowing us to feel very cared for! Oh & great location for NYE party to see the Burj Khalifa fire works show!!

Nice property. All employees were nice & polite. Breakfast Buffet is awesome. Lots of Vegetarian choices ( including Indian dishes). Not too far from Dubai Mall (20 minutes walk). Nice view of Downtown & Burj Khalifa from pool/bar area (2nd floor). Nice Canal walk if you don’t want to go to Gym. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

Hotel staff are so helpful and attentive! I received a clean, spacious room with an amazing view of the canal! Abjit helped me resolve transport issues and took great care of me! Hotel is a 25min walk from Dubai Mall and a short drive away from DXB airport - very convenient!

Upgraded to bigger room, kid pool and activities, canal view . Didnot like cannot access youtube netflix on tv. No shower curtain water all over bathroom
