It's a lovely apartment hotel spread into 2 towers with apartments in both. Location is good - one set of rooms face the Burj Khalifa side so u get to see the city skyline in the distance.. views from the other side isn't as nice.. but pls remember that these apartments were built around 15 years ago atleast so it shows wear and tear.. the bigger 1 and 2 bed apartments hv an attached balcony which is nice.. overall great if u get it a good price else u might as well look at newer hotel apartments..

Very spacious rooms and huge common area. It's wonderful for families that are staying for a few days or longer stays. The lounge area is well separated from the bedrooms by a door. Very comfortable for entertaining friends and family. The cafeteria is also very elegant managed by excellent staff. The washer-dryer is not perfect but that's understandable as they were trying to provide the facility with limited footprint.

Rooms are decent, location is great, but staff is terrible. Each staff member will give you a different answer to the same question. Poor training and weak customer service skills. Avoid Arsalan in particular at the front desk if you want to get any sort of service as he will say anything just to get you to go and not have to do anything.
