Apartment was perfectly located. We had a corner apartment overlooking Burj Khalifa and fountains. Overall perfect for our short break. The only issue was the communication both prior to us arriving and on arrival. We had no contact number and spent 2 hours in reception area before we could leave cases. Then we were given incorrect contact number to arrange check in. This should be improved.

Good apartment close to Burj Khalifa

The sofa bed's mattress was not very thick. The location is about 15-20 minutes walk to a subway station. It is however very close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

Great value in central Dubai, Above 30th floor amazing view on the Burj Khalifa ans the Dubaï fontain show from the terrace. Convenient to get to all parts of the town by metro by taxi or Uber. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms a living room and a modern kitchen is good for a family of 4 to 6 persons. We will get there again for our next trip to Dubai, highly recomended

Smerig en de hotel is toe aan vervanging!

Ik heb daar samen met mijn gezin 5 dagen gelogeerd..Smerig en de hotel is toe aan vervanging. Muren waren vies en de comfort was er niet met 2 kinderen in de huiskamer..Ik en mijn man hebben de 5 dagen alleen maar jeuk gehad..Waar het aan lag???

Wonderful flat walking distance from Burj Khalifa

Amazing place in an amazing location. View on Butj Kahlifa, next to Dubai Mall. Great service, helping with Whatsapp. The apartment should be renoved (paints, ...) but still in acceptable condition. Wonderful terrass. Good Wifi. Great Swimming pool.

Appartment close to the Dubai Mail und Burgh Kalif

An appartement in the middle of down town was our wish und therefopr we booked this appartment. But there were some diffuculties. The Apartment was not ready at 2 p.m. there we had to wait 2 hours. We left our luggage at the reception that was then taken to our appartment. My wife is missing sinve then a jacket that never showedc up again.. There is no reception for the apprtment. The reception will only help residenz people living at the Dream Inn. If you need help, it takes up to 1 Hour until someone comes and help you. The Key that we got, did not fit into the door. This we found out late at night after we relaxed for a while in the appartment. Therefor we would not be able to leave the appartment until a new key was given to us (1,5 Hours waiting time) We had to leave the appartment unlooked to get something to eat. The size of the appartment was not 135 qm² as mentioned on the webside. This includes the terrace. So the real size of the apprtmnent is aroung 90 qm² + 45qm² for the terrace. It was ok for 5 People. But to small for what we where looking for. In one of the bathraum the water does not run off properly from the washbasin. There was not enought toiletpaper for the first evening. The appartment is suroundet by several construction areas. It is so loud day and night that you cannot erelax on the terrace. Also the airconditioning is very loud, we had to switch it of at night to get some sleep. The kitchen is not fully equipped.

The apartment was ok overall but some amenities were missing. Minuscule amount of soap without refills necessitates frequent visits to the supermarket. Very clean and well located but the size of the rooms and living room area left a lot to be desired. The balcony is quite spacious though.

A beautiful apartment in the perfect location

Amazing apartment, beautifully decorated and with great amenities. The large terrace has amazing views of the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai fountains and mall. L'Occitane toiletries and Nespresso coffee are included. Extremely clean building and apartment. Outdoor heated swimming pool (7.30am-10.30pm) with a great view of the Burj Khalifa. Kids playroom and little outdoors play park. Adults games room and gym. Perfect location: within walking distance to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Opera, Souk Al Bahar... There is a little supermarket right across the street, and many restaurants around. Excellent hostess (Clara), who came to let us in in the middle of the night (our plane landed at 3am!).

Hienot näkymät omalta terassilta Dubai mallille, suihkulähteelle jne. Siistiä, yhteyshenkilö avulias. Vessapaperia piti ostaa itse. Huoneisto myytiin kuudelle sopivana. Kahden makuuhuoneen sängyt ookoo. Levitettävä sohva vain oli melko ala-arvoinen viikon yöpymiseen. Hieno sijainti. Kauppa vieressä, omat kokkailut onnistui. Talon allasalue oli rauhallinen ja sopiva auringonpalvontaan.

Dopo due esperienze precedenti, ho scelto questo appartamento ed Il primo ringraziamento di questa ottima esperienza lo devo allo staff che fin dai cinque, dico 5minuti successivi alla mia prenotazione dall'Italia, mi ha contattato immediatamente su Whatsapp, dandomi immediata familiarità e chiedendomi eventuali richieste speciali, tra queste il servizio auto privata egregiamente servito dall'aereoporto di Dubai alla reception del DreamInn. Avevo chiesto un vista "Burji-Kalifa" e mi è stato assegnato un magnifico appartamento NUOVO dal 33piano con vista S P E T A C O L A R E sui 828m del più bel grattcialeo del mondo! 2camere ampie con vista, bagno-ensuite, cucina molto ampia ( anche se un po' scarsina di attrezzatura di base..ma completa di macchina caffè Nespresso, tostapane. Nell'appartamento non mancavano ADATTATORI INTERNAZIONALI- FANTASTICO! Il massimo è stato organizzare una spaghettata con i miei amici in terrazza 35mq vista Dubai!! Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento, fatevi suggerire dalla professionale Clare La responsabile Incoming, vi darà un sacco di dritte e consigli prima di arrivare a destinazione, il dialogo via Whatsapp è davvero professionale! Ho pubblicato alcune immagini sul soggiorno a Dubai sul mio insta #domusmediterranea CONSIGLIO: fatevi un giro nel vero Souk della città vecchia di Deira a soli 30 min da Dubai

Nice hotel

My family and I recently stayed at Dream Inn, and everything about this hotel was amazing! Since this is an apartment building and not an actual hotel, there isn’t a receptionist downstairs. Instead, we were welcomed by Clara, who helped us with getting tickets to Burj Khalifa and Desert Safari, and making sure our stay here was pleasant and comforting. She arranged transportation for us to and from the airport, and was overall very helpful! The location of this building is ideal and within walking distance from the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, and the view from our balcony was spectacular! Would highly recommend this place!

Great location and cozy apartment

Location is amazing, your a only walking distance from Dubai mall, the fountain, and burj khalifa. Apartment is cozy and fits 5 adults comfortably; it also has a beautiful balcony that oversees the fountain. Clara was my host during my stay; she made the check in/out process as smooth as it can get
