"The place has bad service, it's not clean, and the kitchen utensils as well. "The employees' treatment was poor in terms of reception and departure, and they didn't assist in finding transportation to the airport."

Thanks so much for staying with us, Regarding your comment, First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that happened sincerely and we would like to thank you for your patience After we investigate what happened to know the reason for this unsatisfactory review, we found that you didn't report any issue during the stay to our front office or housekeeping team, which will make us move forward and take action, and we promise you that this will not happen again as this is not our standard for the cleanliness, we thought that your review will be honest and clear, as we believe that you made it like that as you was exceeded the limit of the people when you brought 8 persons and you need them all in one apartment which is not allowed.Stay safe as well Best Regards Reservation Department
