The hotel has the practice of canceling bookings that have not been paid in advance and subsequently telling you that there are no rooms available or offering you to reserve a room through any platform where the price is more expensive. This is the second case of my reservation being canceled and when you arrive in the evening they will tell you that your reservation has been canceled on the pretext that your card has been declined even though you will later pay for the same card without issue. I had to spend 2 hours and 30 minutes talking to 3 different hotel managers and expedition staff to restore my reservation and check-in at the hotel. The shift managers behaved rather arrogantly and did not pick up the phone for hours on Expedia staff. At the same time, the hotel had a young couple with the same problem. If for any reason you still decide to stay at this hotel, make a reservation with a prepayment, otherwise you might be surprised to be surprised upon your arrival.
