Our stay was amazing! It was one of the best stays we have ever had in Dubai because of Rose Gardens Hotel Apartments Al Barsha. The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and were always very nice to us. They made our stay very pleasant and we loved everything about the hotel throughout our entire stay.

This is an excellent place to stay. The only issue I had was they have a very strict policy about visitors in the room which caused some initial problems with some friends visiting from the UK but reception addressed this and managed it very effectively. I have already recommended this hotel to two other guest who both enjoyed their stays. Great work guys

Staff was very friendly and got me in before check in time. Rooms really needs to be updated. Only had 4 digital channel on tv. No wash clothes to wash your body with. But over all it was a nice quiet place. I was able to cook in my nice kitchen which was a bonus. But the stove top was was to small for the pots.

Nice stuff specially the Ethiopian front fest fest customer service Nati was nice. One thing I don’t like extension is very behind. You can’t extend in the same hotel same price. They make big deal out of10 15 dollars daily rate. I have to move out to another hotel for less even though I was paying more at this hotel.

Bad smells and dust

I recommend you check the room for odors and cleanliness (black dust on the chandeliers, walls, etc.) otherwise ask to change rooms. This is what I did. I will recommend to the owner to do a good post cleaning control of the rooms.

De accommodatie was groot. Werd dagelijks schoongemaakt als je wilde. We verbleven met een gezin van 6. Fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren. Openbaar vervoer op 2 min loopafstand. Winkels op 15 min loopafstand. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk.
