This was a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it. The place was super clean and the staff was super friendly. Great breakfast too!

The only reason I booked a room at this property was because before I made my reservation, I called the hotel to make sure the pool and hot tub was open. I was told they were. When we checked in the woman at the front desk told us hot tub was closed. That’s it. No idea where the pool was. We found the pool and the water was freezing. The whole room was freezing. Extremely disappointed. Our bathroom in our room was disgusting. We don’t even have enough towels and washcloths. I think I will stick to Hilton from now on. Pool or not!

I hope that you contacted the front desk regarding your bathroom so that we could correct any issues that you had. That is not the norm for our hotel. We maintain high cleanliness standards for our guests.

Building was being renovated at the time I stayed. However, the rooms were extremely neat and clean. The morning breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and willing to help with and questions or concerns. Now the hot tub wasn’t working at the time of my stay but I was not upset due to the renovations going on. The upkeep and amazing atmosphere made up for it for sure.

Friendly people and knowledgeable. Check in area is under construction, but not abig problem. Our room was clean but the Bathroom sink and shower would fill up and took forever to drain.

We came into town just for one night to attend the Groundhog Day celebration. We were given little groundhog soaps upon check in, which was adorable. Our room was spacious and very nice. The bathroom wasn’t completely clean (small spill of something- maybe coffee- on the floor, a hair on the toilet lid, and a candy wrapper in the garage) but nothing worth getting upset about. Overall we had a great stay

Clean, very quiet. Although the a portion of the hotel was under construction, the staff ensured their was very little disruption to the guest. The ‘grab and go breakfast was well stocked and fresh.

Very comfortable beds! Very clean. Under renovation so can’t give 5 stars yet but they handled breakfast very well considering their gathering room was closed. Right next to very large Sheetz and Pilot. Right off I80. Great stop.

This location was extraordinary. We always try to stay at HIE and this location was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Property was kept in pristine condition, fresh painted and very well appointed. Staff was great, so friendly and the breakfast buffet was so clean and well stocked with a very nice variety. We have added this stop to our “notes” for our trips out to Notre Dame and look forward to staying there again. We also had a great meal at the Gateway Cafe, a quick couple of miles away!

Site said this was a pet friendly hotel and it was not. After driving 500 miles we had to find another hotel 25 miles away and are fighting to get our $400 back. Staff at hotel were rude.

Staff excellent. Room clean. Remodel being done piecemeal with old furniture put in the front parking lot?!? That looks trashy. Also, curtains in room are dusty from floor redo - that’s defeating the purpose of a redo. Bed and pillows are excellent.
