Here is the negative: We had to move rooms because our condo’s tv was not in working condition. The place is very dated. Positive: The surroundings are beautiful. We enjoyed seeing deer and other animals and loved the nature experience since we are from Miami. The condo was close to shopping areas and close to the tournament field where my son played. We enjoyed the space since the condo was large and had a full kitchen and living room area. I would definitely stay here again next year.

Very outdated, no steps to get into door just two bricks, broken up gravel at end up steps to walk down to door, shower/ tub dirty with hair and blue mold looking stuff in it and dead flies on the floors

Great area not so great condo
The location is perfect, and the lake and surrounding area is very enjoyable. The condo was not great. VERY dated inside and in need of some upgrades. The shower has zero water pressure, and the shower head is barely hanging on, the queen bed is a thin mattress on a metal frame, very uncomfortable, we arrived in the night and it is so dark had a hard time locating the unit, the following morning when we opened the draperies to see the view we noticed on the deck off the living room that a very old bag of garbage was left and an animal had ripped the bag open and spread it everywhere. Went to the office to report it and they NEVER came to clean it up the whole time we were there - but they did let us know that we would not be charged for it. Seriously, it wasn't our garbage and why wasn't it cleaned up in the first place. There were some holes in the bedroom door and the upper deck did not seem very safe. The office hours are awful the office closes at 4 p.m. but check in is not until 4 and check out is at 10:00 a.m. Had some difficulty with the code provided at the lock box to retrieve our keys for check-in, 20 minutes later and 2 phone calls, we were finally able to get the box open. We paid a premium price and the pictures provided on the internet are better than what you actually get.

We always enjoy our stay. The space , the amenities (Living room, Kitchen, 2 -bedrooms). The only complaint this time was the downstairs toilet was not cleaned.

I've been going to Treasure Lake for 20 years. Sometimes we stay at Silverwoods, sometimes at Wolf Run. The unit we stayed in at Wolf Run this weekend was not one of the nicer, updated units. Several light bulbs were blown out. The burners on the stove didn't fit right and were all sticking up (unable to cook on), rather than being flat like they should be. It was fine since it was just two of us, it was just for two days & we didnt spend a lot of time in the unit.

inside the unit was nice. Getting there was a chore. Check in after 4:00, office closes at 4:00. Found out while trying to check in with telephone service that facility requires additional security deposit. very steep, cratered driveway, broken cement parking pads and sidewalks leading in, no rails for either. once unloaded and inside though, it was almost nice enough to try to forget our rate went up 2.5x from last year. check out? very early... 10:00a, which would not seem extreme except for the housekeeping chores require by us (remove all garbage to the outside dumpsters, bring all linens downstairs to the kitchen, do the dishes, put all furniture back...) Kind of feels like home

Check in person, pleasant enough. The office smells horrible though. Even a little boy was plugging his nose. Office not open on Sundays to turn keys in and give complaints of my stay. Condo was clean enough. No one could have stayed in this one too often, because the cobwebs with spiders were everywhere. Need to update mattresses, the twin bed were unacceptable. One of us slept on the chair, another one on the couch. No one told us that the tv only had maybe 3 workable channels and they weren't anything you wanted to watch. They did have a big sign on the kitchen counter, that said sorry for the inconvenience. Your tv has channels with no sound, some with no picture, some pictures upside down. But we are working without provider to fix this. Can't even imagine how long that has been that they have a permanent sign in a stand on the counter. I wanted to change my payment method when I first checked in and the girl said sorry, we can't take care of that here. The roads into the condos were not even potholes, they were craters. I drive a big truck and I literally had to drive on grass to bypass some of them. The grounds are not kept up, there were broken fences and the landscaping is not appealing. So very disappointed, the pictures are nothing of what you are getting.

Really old beds and bedding. Really old furnishings and for the amount you pay it should be a lot better. Was clean. Wasnt provided any shampoo or conditioner. Wasnt going to buy some for a one day stay plus we figured there would be some. You also have to take off your own bed sheets and take out your own garbage.. i was a housekeeper before and never seen such "rules". Low quality everything for the price. Only thing that was good was the area and the size of the rental.

The location made it a bit of a challenge as we arrived at night but the areas beauty made up for it in the morning. The only niggle is the lack of coffee for the coffee maker.

Property was terrible, very misleading,said everything was on location and everything was miles from site.only stayed on location for four hours then left and rented a motel in town for the night.if you keep advertising this place I will never use travelocity again.

More dated and dirty then even we thought!
The area is very nice, loved seeing the wildlife every day. The condo units were very dated, dusty, mildew and not a place for people that have environmental allergies. The community gave the vibe that if your a renter your not as welcome as those that live in the community. Not welcoming or friendly. The ability to have rooms for the kids and adults, kitchen that was well stocked with utensils and close are where we wanted to be was the selling point.

Arrived late in the evening, Office was closed. Itinerary and keys to Condo were not available. Had to call a service line to get access to an extra available Condo. After that stay was great.

Much of the interior still needs updating, such as bedroom furnishings, upstairs flooring, dining furniture, trim and doors. Very low end quality of towels, and not enough for 4 people. Beautiful area.....too bad resort isn't in a more updated and modern condition.

Nice place
The condo was very nice, but unfortunately we couldn’t get in until exactly 4:00 (we arrived about 3:15). The back door lock isn’t very secure and the door frame could be pulled off very easily. The grounds were lovely. We would like to visit again in the Spring or Summer. We’ll definitely return.

The chrck in process was a bit confusing there wasn’t much direction as to where to go and what to do. But other than that it was a really nice place, very clean and comfy!

Beautiful and secluded. I was impressed with the cabin for the price. Three very clean floors with everything you need. We had a blast fishing on the lake. Duffer's had great food and great staff. Definitely going back again...this time we will be staying longer!

The check in process here was AWFUL. We had to go bavk and forth from security to the reservation office, 4 times before we figured out what the heck we were doing. Our names were not on am envelope so we just pivled an empty one, filled it out and they let us go yo the condo. This wbole thong took us about 45 min. So we missed any pool time we may have been able to get. The pool in Wolf Tun Manor was CLOSED which was not stated anywhere on the site. We would have to drive 4 miles to the pool. And it closed at 8pm! We got to our condo and rgere was lights on. So huaband went in to make sure noone was staying in it. Thank God there was not. There was a chirping fire alarm though so we had to remove that. Then the one at the top of the stairs just fell down!

Townhouse was clean, but outdated. Kitchen well stocked. Mattresses and pillows need replaced. Moldy shower curtain. Outside deck in need of refinishing. Plastic deck chairs and table cracked and ancient. Outside doors needed paint.

Took forever to check in cause no one was at office. The beds were like rock. You had to strip all your bedding, bring trash to dumpster. Basically had to clean before you left. Why is there housekeeping if i have to clean befor i leave. Isnt that what i pay for. And if you needed anything extra like more toilet paper, tissue, dish soap you had to paid for it...
