"Desk person was friendly and courteous. Room was clean but dusty, the old worn out hide-a-bed was leather and surface was worn or torn off of the arms and other places. We did not use it or need it but was an eyesore in the room. Bed was comfortable but the "feel" of the room was cold as it looked like it was designed for the furniture to be in a different place, or for 2 beds or something else. "

"This is a perfect property for a couples get away or a family with children over the age of 16. Unfortunately I’m neither. We did a late check in and had a hard time finding parking in front of the hotel. Our room was very very small and the bed was too firm. Unfortunately the sound down the hall and the neighboring rooms was too loud. I left the property feeling very tired and sore. We are thankful for the help unloading our luggage and for the cleanliness of the room. Hopefully at a later time we can enjoy the spa benefits on their own. "

"We had a great room facing the river with treats for our dog. Older building with some issues with maintenance. Overall, though, a great stay. Nice staff. Excellent walking path. "

"This is an old building. It reminds me of the one that the homeless people stay in in downtown Portland. Apparently, if you use the toilet paper in your room, they charge you an amenity fee. Lots of stairs. There are lots of other places to stay."

"This place was amazing. Beautiful room, beautiful view beautiful grounds. Pet friendly. The staff were lovely to my family and dogs. We would definitely stay here again and I probably will next time I am passing through. "
