The room was outdated. No microwave, stained carpets that looked like mud was tracked in, broken lamp, and very hot. The AC couldn’t even keep the room cool. The remote barely worked to the TV. There is no ice machine in the halls. The breakfast was the best thing about the stay but there was flies ...

Our room was clean, but some things were not present: tissue paper, hair dryer, privacy sign, downstairs menu, WiFi instructions. The landline telephone basically worked, but the direct line buttons, i.e., Guest Services, Emergency, etc., did nothing when pressed.

We really did enjoy our stay overall, but I want to leave some information that may be helpful. We would go back, but maybe when there is more happening at the resort. Pros: all staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, in-room jacuzzi was nice, we had plenty of towels, complimentary bottled water ...
