"Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We opted for the cold continental breaky which was good with plenty of options and fresh fruit. We received an upgrade to an ensuite room which was awesome (none were available when we booked). Of note, google map sent us to the wrong location, found the right place but inputting the postal code. "

"We had a lovely stay at the imperial and have no complaints at all. It was very close to family we were visiting, close to bars and restaurants, and everything we needed was either in the hotel or just on the doorstep. The staff were always around to help if needed and we were constantly topped up with tea and coffee. Definitely staying again. "

"Everything about our stay was impeccable! The gardens were absolutely magnificent, the house was beautifully decorated. It was such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Our host was truly exceptional- warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed the house so much that we actually canceled our plans to visit the local attractions just to spend more time relaxing in the wonderful rooms and soaking in the serene setting. "

"Very nice cafe and lounge area. Good food, good service. My only complaint would be the limited number of comfortable tables in the lounge. Ie., the lounge is very nice for just lounging and having a drink, but there aren’t enough regular tables for eating dinner. They should allow customers to use the cafe tables."
