"Incredibly disappointing, these folks are renovating the whole hotel while allowing prospect customers to reserve rooms simply because they can’t afford to shut it down while renovating it. No breakfast, no gym and not amenities for kitchenette— a complete embarrassment. I asked for a refund"

"We were there for a dance competition. The front desk gave another family in our group a later check out but wouldn’t give me the same late check out time claiming she was limited to giving that time for check out. It was a Sunday so the hotel wasn’t fully booked. She didn’t give us the same check out time simply because she didn’t want to not because she couldn’t. Doesn’t seem like good business practice to value some customer needs but not others. I understand a late check out is a courtesy but the same gesture should be given to all customers "
