"Historic hotel property that is well kept, but is dark. Our room was loud from A/C units outside our window. Could hear music from bar and kitchen area. Nice staff and decent food. Chef Clayton turned out some good food. "

"Unfortunately the cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. The entire room smelt like animal urine and it was just an awful smell we had to sleep with the windows open. Not only that but when we woke up the next morning there were fleas on us. The beds are infested with fleas. Do not stay here."

"It was warm hot but property hadn’t switched over to AC so was given a standing fan. Incomplete set up in kitchen. Had to ask for bowl and spoon, which staff was able to find. Charming property. Next time, will try to get a room that faces street. Great, helpful, knowledgeable front desk staff. "
