I wonder a bit, because your room was on the second floor, our bar is on the ground floor and we were watching the football championchip games - so no party or so took place. I understand that the stairs are a little annoying without an elevator. Unfortunately, the house is about 150 years old and it's not possible to build one anymore. Thanks a lot for your great review. I am glad that you had a good time in our hostel and in the area. Thats the trendy district in Dresden, here we have lots of bars, clubs, young locals, restaurants and so on. By the way, the trains station Dresden-Neustadt is just a 15 min walking distance away.

We are aware of that and we are reconstructing one bathroom at the moment. The others will follow one by one. We just can not close all bathrooms for renovation at the same time :-)

Thanks for your good review. Just to add: Our reception is oepn from 7 am to 7pm in the winter season, like in November, January, February and March. For the rest of the year its open 24 hours.

Vielen Dank für deine kritische Bewertung. Du hattest ein Zimmer mit Etagendusche gebucht, diese werden von verschiedenen Gästen genutzt. Selbstverständlich reinigen wir diese täglich. Aber es kann vorkommen, dass wenn andere Gäste die Duschen vor dir schon genutzt haben, dass diese nicht 100% deinen Erwartungen entsprechen. Das tut mir sehr leid, aber darauf haben wir keinen Einfluss.Du bekommst eine E-Mail ein paar Tage vor Anreise, darin weißen wir dich u.a. auch auf die Handtuchausleihe hin. Die meisten Gäste benutzen ja ihre eigenen Handtücher.

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie mit dem Zimmer nicht zufrieden waren. Aber Sie haben zwei Betten im Zehnbettzimmer reserviert, kein privates Zweibettzimmer. Das Zimmer, welches Sie gebucht haben heißt "Gemeinsamer Basic-Schlafsaal, eigenes Bad". Ein Zweibettzimmer heißt "Twin Standardzimmer" oder ähnlich. Aber ich freue mich, dass du ansonsten mit deinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden warst. Insbesondere das Lob für unsere Mitarbeiter gebe ich gerne weiter.
