Venligt personale. Værelset var rent og der var en elkedel og kaffe og the på værelset. Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til offentlig transport, da sporvognen ligger lige over for hotellet

Arrivés à l'hôtel, nous nous sommes vu refuser l'enregistrement puisque notre réservation était introuvable. On nous explique alors que les réservations faites via le groupe Expedia ne sont pas acceptées et que nous ne pouvons donc pas rester (l'hôtel était complet)

Bei Ankunft kein Personal, nur Briefumschlag mit Zimmerkarte für alle zugänglich. Bin in ein belegtes Zimmer spaziert. Am Ende gab es dadurch Probleme bei der Abrechnung. Nachts Lärm und klopfen an der Zimmertür. Keine eigenen Gertränke erlaubt. Minibar nicht vorhanden. Von Kinderfreundlichkeit nichts gemerkt. Kein Kinderbett. Nicht mal dritte Bettwäsche oder Handtücher fürs Kind. Auf Vorabanfrage würde nie geantwortet. Noch Beherbergungssteuer zahlen mussen, von der vorab nichts im Preis bei Expedia stand. Trotz günstigem Preis viele no-gos. Frühstück war ok. Personal beim Frühstück freundlich. Ansonsten kaum Personal gesehen. Ich würde nicht wieder kommen.

Zimmer war sehr schlecht gereinigt . Dusche war sehr Schmutzig auf dem Bettlaken waren noch Haare vom letzten Gästen . Wir bekamen aber sofort eine neues Zimmer .

Accueil des plus agréable, avec un verre de vin blanc, et ensuite après une mise au point , concernant la réservation: (chambre double avec grand lit), nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre sur l'arrière du bâtiment; ce qui est vivement à recommander, puisque coté rue le tram passe très très régulièrement. Par contre le tram est génial pour se rendre en 20 minutes au centre ville.

For det første havde hotellet ikke vores reservation da vi ankom. Vi fik dog et værelse. Vi var turister i Dresden og fik god hjælp af ejeren til hvordan vi kunne komme rundt i byen. Personalet var slet ikke service minded, en pige i receptionen gik rundt i tøfler, og personalet i restauranten var uhøflige og uprofessionelle.

Tolles Personal, immer freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Keller. Ist abends eine Pizzeria. Und abends noch ein gemütliches Weinchen in dem kleinen Biergarten hinter dem Haus. War ein gelungener Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, ausreichend und lecker. Unser Aufenthalt 1 Nacht war schön, wenn nicht der arg bittere Beigeschmack des schrecklichen jungen Mann an der Rezeption wäre. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption hatte schon einen Tag zuvor am Telefon ein unmögliches Verhalten und bei unserer Ankunft sowie am nächsten Morgen bei der Abreise auch, unhöflich arrogant teilweise in seiner Landessprache leider auch frech. Hier müsste sich die Chefabteilung arg schnell um eine Änderung bemühen.

Für den Preis absolut ok. Sehr gute Straßenbahnanbindung, Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und leider keine Klimaanlage. Frühstück war auch ok. Sehr nettes hilfsbereite Personal.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit aufmerksamen Personal. Bügeleisen war nicht verfügbar bzw. wollte der Empfangsarbeiter nicht verstehen, was gefragt war. Auf der Abrechnung stehen 4 Frühstücke, die ich als Einzelperson in zwei Tagen konsumiert haben soll- unprofessionell.
