I was skeptical making this reservation but I loved staying here. The room was newly renovated, the food court is new, and I don’t have a single complaint about any of the sit down restaurants. The Prime Rib was a great deal.

Woke up in the morning did the early check in online.
Got the email saying my room keys were ready for pick up at the kiosk at 3pm.
Went to the kiosk only to be told my room was not ready at 7pm.
Had to stand in the long line to speak with a live person, front desk girl had an attitude.
Got ready went out, came back at 12 midnight asked a security for directions on where to get food, he also did t seem to be in a good mood.
Overall customer service experience was not good.

Das Hotel ist schnell von der Autobahn aus zu erreichen. Das sehr saubere ruhig gelegene Hotel überzeugt mit seinem freundlichen und Hilfsbereiten Personal. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist preiswert und sehr gut. Die Parkplätze sind überraschender Weise kostenlos.
