"Good hotel! Clean and newer. Close to railroad that passed at 1:30am but other than that it was a good safe place to stay near where we needed to be. Breakfast was good! Lots of variety. "

"The hallways leading to the rooms were filthy! I can say they probably hadn’t been vacuumed for a week or two. Disgusting! There were a couple cleaning supplies left in our room. When you lifted the toilet seat there was still poop still on the rim. Only two of the lights worked. The TV did not work. Door open to room where cleaning cart is left and vacuum just pushed right inside door with cord just thrown to floor, dirty cleaning towels still on cart. Was gross! We came in late after a very long day of driving or we would have left! So slept and got up and left. Could not imagine eating breakfast there after we saw how dirty the establishment was - wouldn’t have dared eat the food! Would never recommend anyone stay here until many upgrades done to cleanliness and maintenance of facility!"

"The room I stayed in had holes in the sheets that were on my bed. The dispensers in the bathroom shower had crud all of them had not been cleaned. The blinds that faced the pool were coming off."

"Fairly good breakfast and clean, huge rooms. However, grout was in horrible shape, the tv was practically ancient (and way too small for the size of the room), no USB by the bedside. Just generally very dated and needing an overhaul. The staff was great."

"I showed up to check into my reserved and paid for room, but nobody was in the office to check me on. There was a button to push to ring a bell that nobody answered. There was a note on the counter with a phone number to call someone, but the number didn't work. The place looked condemned. There wasn't a single car in the parking lot. I ended up leaving and came back three times. Nobody was there. I left and booked another hotel 50 miles down the road. I want a refund. I will never prepay for a room with hotels.com again! Done!"
