"We came, after booking and paying, and the owner said he is not working with Hotels.com that he had no room for us and that we should contact Hotels.com to get our money back. I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly. "Incredible. Just incredible. From the moment we booked this place, Georgina helped us with everything and they are so kind and caring. They spoiled us. The place has an amazing private beach. The locals told me that it is best beach in Samos (which I can confirm.) There are a couple of very good restaurants around. Compared to other places in Samos, it is very peaceful and quiet. I cannot recommend it enough. "

"Casa Cook was a lovely surprise after a very busy tour trip. We weee only here one night. It has a relaxing vibe and the on site spa is a big plus. Little touches like fresh lemonade while checking in and a chilled bottle of wine in our room upon arrival really made our stay special. The pool access attached our private patio creates a relaxing vibe. We enjoyed just sitting and enjoying the relaxing view. I do have to not the airport is very close so we did hear & see some small planes taking off but it wasn’t too frequently. We had dinner at the restaurant on site and the food was excellent. Overall a nice place to relax and decompress."
