Fantastic motel. From the minute I drove into their car park the manager came out and knew my name! Wow. Rooms are generously sized, sound proof, spotlessly clean, has all I needed for a one night stay. Highly recommended.
I even recommended it to a friend who needs a room tonight as was that good. Handy to the Highway for heading North or South.

Wigram is a lovely heritage building but the rooms are a mixture of modern and heritage. The room was cosy and we had a lovely comfortable bed and the temperature was just right in the rooms. The staff were amazing and when we were delayed on our travels they took the initiative to try and contact us through expedia to make sure we were okay. Great motel close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and had many useful amenities such as a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and hob. Parking was also included and was close to the room which was convenient. Staff behind the reception were very friendly and helpful. I can't fault this motel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Christchurch. Thanks for a fantastic stay!
