Unfortunately our room had issues with hot water - couldn’t take a shower for longer than 8 mins or so without it going cold. Happened three different times at three different times of the day. Housekeeping also entirely skipped our room one day which was a bit of a disappointment after coming back from a long day of walking and looking forward to crawling into a comfy, clean bed. The following night, the air conditioning malfunctioned, making the room too hot to sleep in, so I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Although they relocated me, no one bothered to apologize. The rest of my 3-night stay was passable, and I'd rate the room cleanliness around 4 stars. Overall, this is an average, aging hotel.
