"Very welcoming front desk staff, clean environment, and room was clean. Nice furniture in room - I loved the design and color. A little noisy neighbors and the on site and off site paid parkings were my two negatives. But overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely go back to stay here again. Shout out to the front desk staff!!"

"If all you want is a clean room to sleep in, then this hotel will do. If you are a picky person, however, then you may want to spend the extra $60 to go to a different hotel. For starters, parking was across the street in the parkade and it wasn't free. The hotel charged $20 plus tax a day, however, you do get in and out privileges. There is a walkway, but it goes to another hotel, not to the Best Western, so be aware of that. As I said, the room was clean, but it was small and the bathroom was really small and old looking and there were scratch marks all over the desk and dresser. I felt like I was in the 70s with the green wall paper in the bathroom and two people can't really occupy the bathroom at the same time. There was also a problem with a/c unit as the temperature was stuck on 26 degrees, with it being in the 30s outside. The maintenance man came up, spent 20 minutes fiddling around with it, and watching a YouTube video about it before determining that there was a problem. We were then given another room thankfully. We didn't really have of a view as we were on the lower floor. The hotel was quiet and the beds were fairly comfortable. There were a few questionable looking people in the elevator with us, so we did wonder whether some of the homeless people were being housed there. The walk to the casino was pleasant along the river. It took about 15 minutes to get there. "

"The room and property were amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The on site food options were also great. The only negative was that we were randomly charged on our credit card and we don’t know why? (No damages and did not include the deposit fee). Other than that it was great."
