"Highly Recommend!! The location was perfect - park your car and walk to Colonial Williamsburg or William & Mary. The Inn is on 2nd floor so be prepared to take your luggage us a flight of stairs. Once on the second floor, it is decorated like you are walking down a colonial street. We stayed in the Renovation Suite and it was lovely for the three of us. "Overall experience was positive. We stayed 4 days. The breakfast was good. We liked the outdoor pool and the facility was clean. Only minor complaint was the housekeeping staff. We never had conditioner in our bathroom. And on some days, not all of the items were refilled. I had a makeup wipe on the first day but never again. And on the last day we didn’t have a bath mat towel and they didn’t refill the bag in the ice bucket. I never said anything to the management so that’s on me. I did...

"The stay was wonderful and the breakfast was a hit with the kids. The staff (front desk) went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with their knowledge of the area. The only thing that could have been improved on was the hot tub had way too much chlorine and it made our eyes burn so bad we couldn’t stay to enjoy. Overall, wonderful stay."

"Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was huge for a regular room. On-site free parking is always a plus but the lot is not very big so if you come later at night you might not be able to find a spot. Staff were nice and friendly for the most part. I would stay here again!"
