Downtown Somerville Trip

Excellent view of the park, great Valet and would say high class.

Every staff person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Loved the views and location. Wished there was more room to walk in the living room when the pull out sofa was open.

It’s iconic and deserves all the prestige and acclaim. The lobby and restaurants are stunning and immersed in history and famous movies. The floral arrangements are breathtaking and probably the cost of a small car! The staff is extremely and friendly and very fast to respond to anything. The only challenge are the elevators which get packed quickly and during busy times are full if you are on a middle floor

The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. Very environmentally sensitive. Good location.
